You know you're habing a bad eczema day when you really need to shower (not having done so for a few days) but you're legitimately afraid to get your skin wet because it might just flip you the bird and leave for good.

I couldn't even help give the girls a bath last night my hands were so raw, chapped, and swollen.  Stupid skin.

i get the "your kid this week" emails from babycenter.com, one for each girl.  I usually just skim them as I'm not really worked up about the issues they cover.  This weeks included things like: don't expect your 7 year old to last on an all day shopping excursion and your 5 year old may cling to their lovie or drop it like a rock, both are normal ( Read more... )

joe's brother and his wife are expecting their first, and likely onlybaby.  they'll be finding out the sex in a few weeks.

i know it's completly irrational and not fair, but if they have a boy I will be mad, hurt, and very very very jelous.
